Cristiano Ronaldo, the new signing for Al-Nassr, has met with his new colleagues, including Vincent Aboubakar, after joining the Saudi Arabian club.
Following his official presentation as an Al-Nassr player at Mrsool Park on Tuesday evening, Ronaldo met Aboubakar and other Al-Nassr teammates. According to sources, Ronaldo turned down various European teams to join Al-Nassr last Friday.
After his contract with Manchester United was terminated by mutual consent in November, the former Manchester United forward joined Al-Nassr.
Ronaldo claimed in his first news conference on Tuesday that he joined Al-Nassr because he wants to keep scoring goals and winning and that he doesn’t care what others think about his move to the Middle East.
“I don’t care what people say. I’ve come here to keep scoring goals and winning,” Ronaldo said.
“Saudi Arabia beat Argentina, the champions, which shows their improvement.”
