*_The Official Constitution was made available to the general assembly and explained a few things, especially Membership, Aims, and Objectives of the Alumni Association_*

*3. ALUMNI CHAPTERS (YEAR GROUPS)*
*_1. All year batches/groups will be called Chapters beginning from Chapter 07 to Chapter 22_*
*_2. A Quota shall be given to All Alumni chapters to contribute to implement the strategic plans_*
*_3. There will be a project Quota for All Chapters to contribute to implement such projects._*
*_4. All Chapters are entitled to Donate to the School through the Executive Committee_*
*4. ROLE OF THE STUDENTS IN THE ALUMNI*
*_a. The Executive Committee will liaise with the SRC to take over the activities of the School_*
*_b. The Executive Committee will liaise with the SRC to organize Seminars and Training to sensitize the finals years ahead of the completion and the need to be part of the Alumni_*
